1:1 caregiver training to support adults with IDD to be more independent with their life skills.  This is including but not limited to residential homes, group homes/State Operated Living Alternatives (SOLA), and adult family homes.

Neurodiversity-Affirming and Strength-Based Care Education Workshops. This is designed to caregiver group-based workshops to facilitate growth as a community.

Cost of Services

I am an out of network service provider at this time. I can provide a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement upon request.  ***If you are seeking DSHS DDA OT Staff and Family Consultative Services, please consult your case manager to request my services.

Service Process for Out of Network Services: 

​

Initial evaluation is between $200 - $300 depending on the complexity of the client.  This will be a 90 minute session that will typically include: 

  • Administering standardized assessments

  • Informal functional assessment of present level of skills ​

  • Inquiries regarding strengths/challenges of the client

  • Discussing goals for the clients (and caregivers)

 

 

Treatment sessions are $150/session. Each session will be 55 minutes.
